Beat last week’s numbers and next week I’ll beat this week’s numbers, it’s called progressive overload and it forces your body to adapt, grow and get stronger.
I mean, you can lift the same weight for the same number of reps week in, week out but don’t be surprised if your physique or performance never changes (and it would be really fucking boring!!) You really have put ALOT stress on your body to make changes. Its definitely not comfortable or sexy but fuck it, it’s the ONLY way. 💯
